Government Buildings in Barcelona St. Jordi's Day
The government offices in Barcelona are open to the public one day out of the year which is St. Jordi's Day (April 23) which is because St. Jordi (George) is the patron saint of Catalonia. In order to go on other days you need a specific reason. The decorate with bouquets of flowers but even without the flowers it is a magnificent building. We are posting a few of the pictures to give a glimpse into these buildings. We had to make due with my camera since Mike had forgotten to bring his.
